At Calmigen, we work hard to get your Calmigen Pro® to your door as quickly and reliably as possible. Here's what you can expect after you place your order.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 24 hours of being placed, excluding weekends and holidays.
Once your order has been processed, it will be prepared for shipment and handed off to our trusted shipping partners.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Time
After processing, orders typically arrive within 5 to 8 business days.
Shipping times may vary slightly depending on your location, carrier delays, or seasonal demand.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Tracking information may take 24 to 48 hours to update after the shipment leaves our facility.
Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Calmigen is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If you notice an error, email us at help@calmigen.com within 24 hours of placing your order and we'll do our best to update it before the package ships.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors and your local carrier first, as packages are occasionally marked delivered before arriving.
If your package is lost in transit, marked as stolen, or arrives damaged, contact us at help@calmigen.com with your order number and we'll work with you to resolve the issue.
