At Calmigen, we stand behind every Calmigen Pro® we ship. If your purchase isn't the right fit, you have 60 days from the date of purchase to request a full refund.

We want you and your dog to feel completely confident with your Calmigen Pro®. If for any reason you're not satisfied within 60 days of your original purchase date, we'll refund your order. No long forms. No guilt trips. No fine print designed to trap you.
How to Request a Refund
To start a refund, email our support team at help@calmigen.com with your order number and the reason for your return. A member of our team will respond within 1 business day with return instructions.
Please do not send your purchase back to us before receiving return authorization. Returns sent without prior approval cannot be processed.
Eligibility
To qualify for a refund, your request must be submitted within 60 days of the original purchase date shown on your order confirmation. The product must be returned in reusable condition with all original components (clipper head, grinder head, charging cable, and packaging where possible).
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you by email. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional few business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged or defective, in which case Calmigen will cover return shipping in full.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your Calmigen Pro® arrives damaged or develops a defect within the 60-day window, contact us immediately at help@calmigen.com with your order number and a photo or short video of the issue. We'll make it right with a replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer.
Non-Refundable Items
Gift cards and shipping fees from the original order are not refundable.
